Disabilities Services ~ Current Student Accomodation Procedures

Accommodation Request Forms are now available Online.

You may print a copy and return it by mail, fax, or in person to:

Disability Services
College Center
Fax: 908-704-3442

NOTE: These procedures must be completed every semester in order to receive services.

Steps:

• Submit the request form at least two (2) weeks before classes begin.
• Self-identify to each professor during the first week of classes.
• Pick up and deliver the Accommodation Letters to each professor for signature.
• Return the signed Office Copy to the Disabilities Services office.
• Notify Disabilities Services of any difficulties with accommodations.
