Posting to a Public Folder:

1.  From Word:
        File Menu - Send to - Exchange Folder. 
        Select appropriate Public Folder - Click OK button.

2.  From Windows Explorer:
        First open Outlook, then Windows Explorer. 
        Resize Windows Explorer. 
        Drag Word Document from Windows Explorer into Outlook Public Folder.

3.  From Outlook: 
        Click on Public Folder to Highlight It. 
        File Menu - New - Post in this Folder. 
        Type in the message box and/or attach Word Document.  Click Post button.
 

NOTE: You can sort messages by various methods listed in the drop down box at the top when the public folder is open.
