RVCC TO OFFER NON-CREDIT SPANISH COURSE
Raritan Valley Community College's (RVCC) Corporate and Continuing Education (CCE) division is offering an eight-session course in Conversational Spanish. The non-credit course will be held Tuesdays, September 4-October 23, from 6:30 to 9 p.m., at the College's North Branch Campus. The class is designed for those who are traveling abroad or just want to communicate with Spanish-speaking people locally. No prior knowledge of Spanish is needed. The class provides students with core language concepts and basic vocabulary. Each session includes instruction in reading, writing, conversation and grammar presented in a relaxed, informal atmosphere.
The required textbook, Spanish: the Easy Way ( fourth edition by Barron's), ISBN 0-7641-1974-5, should be bought before the first day of class and is available at the RVCC bookstore.
