Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC) in North Branch will be offering a series of information sessions for prospective students at various locations throughout the community in January. The Spring Semester begins Tuesday, January 20.

The sessions will provide information about the wide variety of degree and certificate programs RVCC offers that can prepare students for today?s hottest careers. Participants also will learn about the College?s flexible scheduling options, including online and weekend courses and accelerated programs.

Information will be available about RVCC?s College for Working Adults, which enables adults to work full-time and earn an associate degree in just 2? years. Information also will be available about English as a Second Language courses.

Those who attend will have the opportunity to meet with an academic recruiter who will explain the enrollment process, financial aid opportunities and help interested students chart a career path. The following sessions will be offered:

* Thursday, January 8: Bound Brook High School, 5-7 p.m., West Union Avenue, Bound Brook

* Tuesday, January 13: Hillsborough Township Library, 5-7 p.m., 379 South Branch Road, Hillsborough

* Wednesday, January 14: Flemington Free Public Library, 5-7 p.m., 118 Main Street, Flemington

* Wednesday, January 14, RVCC Conference Center, 5-7 p.m., Route 28 & Lamington Road, North Branch
