RVCC TO HOLD ORIENTATION FOR OLDER STUDENTS
Older students who are returning to college after many years and those who are thinking about going to college but are unsure how to take the first step are invited to attend a special orientation program at Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC). The Lifelong Educational Opportunity (LEO) orientation will be held Wednesday, January 14, from 6-8 p.m., at the College?s North Branch Campus.
The event will be held in the lower level of the College Center, in rooms C-08 and C-10.
The program will include an introduction to RVCC and the campus. Some of the other topics to be covered include:
* Understanding the ABCs of academia
* Earning college credit for what you already know
* Coping with test anxiety
