The public is invited to enjoy dinner at Matt?s Red Rooster Grill in Flemington and help support scholarships for Raritan Valley Community College students on Monday, May 18. Reservations for the fundraiser, sponsored by the RVCC Foundation, may be made between 5:30 and 8:30 p.m.

Guests will enjoy cocktails followed by a delicious four-course dinner prepared by Red Rooster Grill Chef/Proprietor Matt McPherson, who will be assisted by Foundation Board member Norb Hirst and friends of the Foundation Tom Mitchell and Liam Burns. The evening will feature music by a jazz trio composed of RVCC students.

Sponsors of the event include Instrument Sciences & Technologies and 3-Peaks Consulting (Entr?e); Deb and Norb Hirst (Cocktails); John and Pam McGuire (Appetizers); InfoStore Online (Soup and Salad); The Kleen & Fresh Company and Statewide West Insurance Company (Dessert); Kia Meckeler Contracting (Printing); and AAA Guaranteed On-Time Limousine service (Limo).

The RVCC Foundation Board currently includes 30 members drawn from the business and corporate community, area residents, faculty and administration of the College. The Foundation?s mission is to assist the College in meeting the growing educational needs of the community by generating revenue above and beyond RVCC?s tax-based and tuition funding sources.
