RVCC TO OFFER INTRODUCTORY WORLD LANGUAGE CLASSES
Raritan Valley Community College?s Corporate & Continuing Education (CCE) division is offering introductory language classes in Italian, Arabic and French. The following courses are being offered:
Italian I: Students are introduced to the basic elements involved with reading, writing, understanding and speaking Italian. The eight-session program is being held Tuesdays, September 30-November 18, from 6-8:30 p.m. The cost per participant is $180.
Arabic I: Participants are introduced to the Arabic alphabet and learn how to speak basic, conversational Arabic. They also learn about Arabic culture and history and how they relate to today?s world. The eight-session program is being held Tuesdays, September 30-November 18, from 6-8 p.m. The cost per participant is $180.
French I: The course introduces students to the French language and includes such skills as speaking, listening, reading and writing. The program emphasizes oral communication and focuses on real-world vocabulary. The eight-session course is being held Thursdays, October 2-November 20, from 6-8:30 p.m. The cost per participant is $180.
