An online course is offered over the internet, with student access via a web browser. Attendance at the College is not usually required, however, students are encouraged to attend orientation sessions at the beginning of the semester.

NOTE: You must login to Lion's Den daily before you can login to your online course.  If you are having difficulty opening icons in your online course, and you have a pop-up blocker, you may need to disable the pop-up blocker during your course sessions.

A hybrid course, a blended mode of instructional delivery which combines features of traditional and distance education, is a course in which in-class instructional time is reduced 25% or more and replaced by online instruction and activities.  Please note that hybrids are complete courses; there is no reduction in workload.
A telecourse allows for independent study through the viewing of video presentations via cable broadcasts, or review of videotapes. Some of these courses currently require attendance at the College for orientation sessions, exams, and other meetings.

*** Please note that the WebCT/Blackboard Learning system is down for maintenance a few minutes every day starting 3:00 a.m.
Class information listed above, as well as class access itself, will not be available during that brief time.
