Who we are?
The RVCC Technology Services (RVTS) is comprised of a team of several dedicated professionals who are committed to providing you with excellent service. Each team member brings year of hands-on experience in technology and customer support. Several team members have completed rigorous IT training and/or obtained certification on their own field of expertise.
We have also Student Aids who are part of our Technology Services Desk team and work in conjunction with the RVTS team.
What we do?
As your technology support team, it is our responsibility to keep you productive. If you have questions about technology used around RVCC, we're here to help. The RVCC Technolgoy Services serves as your central point of contact for all technology related issues.
Groups within RVCC Technology Services (RVTS)
Technology Services Help Desk
The Technology Service Desk provide support to RVCC faculty, staff and students. It is comprised of employees and students. The employees include desktop specialists, help desk technical staff, and specialized IT professionals. The Student Aides provide technical and user support on a day to day basis to RVCC community.

Network Service Group
The Network Service Group provide services and support for campus-wide networking planning, procurement, management, security, and infrustructure. This includes wired and wireless access in most RVCC buildings, network monitoring, activation and repair.
Application and Database Support Group
The Application Support Group provide customer support, create and customize RVCC administrative and business system.
