RVCC Technology Services (RVTS) provides comprehensive, quick, courteous computing support to RVCC's academic departments, faculty, staff, and student body. RVTS self-service support is available online 24 hours a day and walk-in and live phone support is available during posted hours.
Technology Services Help Desk (formerly MIS Help Desk)
The Technology Services Help Desk provides desktop support to all RVCC community and its affiliates. Full time, part-time and student-aide staff provide full support including in-person service desk support, phone support, email support, and in-office appointments. Extended phone support is offered through a centralized line for all faculty, staff and students 908-526-1200 x7887 or 908-231-8811.
The Help Desk is closed to walk-in support on Sundays and university holidays. The schedule for summer Fridays has not yet been determined.
