RVCC Technology Services (RVTS) provides comprehensive, quick, courteous computing support to RVCC's academic departments, faculty, staff, and student body. RVTS telephone support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Walk-in support is available during posted hours.
Technology Services Help Desk (formerly MIS Help Desk)
The Technology Services Help Desk provides desktop support to all RVCC community and its affiliates. Full time, part-time and studentaide staff provide full support including in-person service desk support, phone support, email support, and in-office appointments. Extended phone support is offered through a centralized line for all faculty, staff and students at 908.526.1200 x7887 or 908-231-8811.
