The Conference Center @RVCC accommodates groups from15 to 400. The facility has fully equipped breakout rooms, a networked multi-purpose computer training lab, a videoconferenceboardroom, a distance learning room, and a Grand Conference Room,partitionable into 3 sections. All the rooms are outfitted for multimedia, videoconferencing, internet, display off an Elmo document, and transparency camera.The Center is controlled by a touch screen AMX. The AMX controls media, lights, audio, video, computer, throughout the rooms.
The Grand Conference Room

Grand Confeence room It seats 300 and can be divided into 3separate rooms seating 100 in each. The Grand Conference Room includes 3 Sony ULR-X2000 projectors, providing a bright image at 2400 ANSI lumens.The conference room allows projection of  laptop computers, VCR tapes, DVD media, and documents via an Elmo document camera. It includes a high-end sound system with JBL 4412A speakers, DVD/CD player, podium with microphone,and wireless lavaliere microphones. It provides video and audiorecording along with video and teleconferencing. Clients use the Grand Conference Rooms for global, national, and local training sessions for meetings, retreats, and seminars.
Rooms 101 and 102

atcc101-102 Each room seats up to 30 and includes aSony ULR-X1000 projector. The rooms have resident VCRs andnetworked, instructors Gateway PC's equipped with DVD/R, frontaccessible USB ports and ZIP 100/250 drives. The computers have MSOffice 2003 Professional (includes Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,Project, Publisher and FrontPage), Internet access, multimedia software, and the capacity for Windows applications  The rooms project laptop computers and have video and teleconferencing capabilities. Clients use 101 and 102 as breakout rooms suitable for small training sessions,corporate meetings, sales presentations, and international meetings where travel is not conducive or cost effective.
The Conference Center Computer Lab

The Conference Center Computer Lab contains 25 PC's with Windows XP Professional and MS Office 2003 Professional (includes Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project,Publisher and FrontPage), Internet access, and capacity for Windows applications. The PC's are equipped with DVD/R's and front accessible USB ports,  A resident PC projects from a SonyULR-X1000. It has a resident VCR and can project laptop computers.Instructor's PC can project DVD media. The computer room has teleconferencing capabilities. Clients use it for giving small presentations and training employees on using new software.
The Community Room

Community room It serves as a boardroom with teleconferencing and videoconferencing capabilities. It includes 2 - 50 " plasma displays. It has automated lights, sound, and video. Clients use the community room for executive meetings, training sessions for senior level management, prospective and new client interaction, and the viewing of multimedia proposals and presentations.
