Tuition Payment Plan - Higher One
Higher One offers two payment plan options to RVCC students for the Fall and Spring semesters only:
The student pays Higher One an enrollment fee when enrolling in their payment plan and each monthly payment is also paid directly to Higher One. Higher One has restructured their payment plans as follows:
FOR THE SPRING 2016 SEMESTER:
If the student drops and/or adds one or more classes to their schedule after enrolling in a Higher One Tuition Payment Plan, the student must contact Higher One and inform one of their customer service staff of the change to their student account balance and have their Payment Plan contract adjusted.
Students can enroll in a Higher One Tuition Payment Plan online at http://tuitionpaymentplan.com/raritanval. If you have specific questions about the tuition payment plan, students should contact Higher One via telephone at (800) 635-0120.
For assistance on completing the Tuition Payment Enrollment form online, students should contact Higher One at (800) 635-0120. Higher One's service hours are Monday-Friday from 8am to 10pm and Saturdays from 9am to 3pm.
Once the account is established, Higher One will notify RVCC and send the student a confirmation of payment plan enrollment along with their first monthly statement.

In the event the student defaults or is delinquent on their contract with Higher One, the remaining balance will be considered past due. If payment in full is not received by the end of the semester, the College will place the Payment Plan account in collection.
