The Media Center serves faculty, staff, and student needs and is located on the bottom floor of Somerset Hall in Rm. S-019. You can contact Walter Vroom ext. 8289 for classroom media arrangements.

Faculty and staff have access to the media equipment for use in class or functions held on campus. Reservations are required 2 business days advance . Faculty and Staff can request equipment by three means:

  1. Call (908) 526-1200 extension 8289 and provide your name, your phone number, the type of equipment, the date, time to be delivered, time to be picked up, and the room number.
  2. Stop by the Media Equipment Depot and fill out a Faculty and Staff Equipment Request Form. Please leave the form in the box on the door if no one is in.
  3. Go to the online Faculty and Staff Equipment Reservation Format:
    • Equipment Request/Reservation Form (for faculty, staff and CCE)

    • Report Equipment Problems (under construction!)
