Addictions in Our World
Did
you know that addiction is the #1 under-reported cause of death in the country?
This brief overview identifies and discusses several of the many addictions in
our world. The course discusses what addiction is and how to find help for
those who suffer. Special emphasis is placed on substance abuse and what is an
addict. Other issues such as exploration of recovery and relapse and can an
addict learn moderation is discussed.

youd like to become a Nationally Certified Phlebotomist, this is a course for
you. Phlebotomists are integral members of the laboratory team who are trained
in specimen collection and processing. This 180-hour course consists of
lecture, lab, and clinical practice. It prepares you to seek employment as a
phlebotomist in hospitals, outpatient clinics, medical practices, and insurance
companies. The course consists of 100 hours of classroom instruction and 80
hours of clinical practice at a hospital. The clinical practice runs from
7:00am-3:30pm, Monday through Fri, for 10 days, scheduled at the end of the
