NEW COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Face masks are optional in all RVCC buildings.

Raritan Valley Community College no longer requires the COVID-19 vaccine. Students will be able to register for  classes without showing proof of vaccination.  The revised COVID-19 policy also applies to all College employees. Additionally, the College will no longer require testing for those individuals who received a medical, religious, or online exemption.

However, some academic programs with external learning placements may still require proof of vaccination. Health facilities, for example, may still require all students to provide proof of vaccination in order to work in the facility.

RVCC continues to encourage all eligible individuals to get vaccinated. COVID-19 vaccines are highly effective at keeping you from getting the virus and, if you do get infected, from developing serious and prolonged illness. If you are not yet fully vaccinated or are otherwise at risk, we encourage that you continue to wear a mask.

As we have done throughout the pandemic, we will continue to monitor the changing environment, CDC guidelines, and the Governor’s executive orders, and, if necessary, will reinstate any procedures or policies that will help to keep students, staff, and visitors safe.

Stay Healthy.

Stay Informed.
