The Media Center services faculty, staff, and student needs and is located on the lower level (room L-029) of the Library/Theatre. You can contact Dave Gonzalez ext. 8472 for Conference Center media arrangements, and Walter Vroom ext. 8289 for classroom media arrangements.

Faculty and staff have access to the media equipment for use in class or functions held on campus. Two business days advanced reservations are required. Faculty and Staff can request equipment by three means:

1. Call (908) 526-1200 extension 8289 and provide your name, your phone number, the type of equipment, the date, time to be delivered, time to be picked up, and the room number.
   
2. Stop by the Media Equipment Depot (Opposite room L-032) and fill out a Faculty and Staff Equipment Request Form. Leave the form in the box on the door if no one is in.

Please note the following:

• 16mm motion picture film format will no longer be available. Anyone who will still require that certain 16mm films remain available for classroom instruction should send a work order to Mike Machnik requesting a film transfer to VHS videotape.
• ¾" videotape format will no longer be available. Anyone who will still require that certain ¾" videotapes remain available for classroom instruction should send a work order to Mike Machnik requesting a ¾" video transfer to VHS videotape.
