Videotape Duplication

Please provide a work order for all duplication requests. Source tapes should be sent to Kelly Oliver in the TV Edit Room.

Blank tapes can be provided by the Development & Production Center. The requesting department will be charged the cost of the tapes used.

Quantities of five(5) copies or less are done in-house with an average turnaround time of two working days. Larger quantities are sent to an outside facility with a minimum turnaround time of one week.

*Parties requesting videotape duplication must take responsibility for all copyright clearances when necessary.

Video Production

Video production is available for instructional, promotional, and archival purposes.
Depending on the scope of the project, the production process may include any of all of the following elements:

-Concept Development	-Editing
-Scripting	-Special Effects
-Casting	-Tape Duplication
-Shot Planning	-Live or On-Demand Webcasting
-Shooting

Additional details and costs are determined on a per project basis.
