This is the site where you can download the free Chime plug-in for either Netscape or Explorer. The MDLI home page also has many viewable files as well as an extensive list of other molecular modeling sites. This is the best place to start.
Academic Sites with Chime Files:

An excellent site with an improved interface, this has plenty of viewable files, plus tutorials, access to Chime and other viewers, and other useful materails and links.

Another excellent site, this Canadian college has many viewable files.

A library of structures (from NYU) arranged by molecular type, the site also contains a list of other molecular modeling websites.
4. Glactone (Georgia State University): heme.Gsu.EDU/glactone/
This is a more sophisticated site with a strong biochemical emphasis.
