LYNX Browser

Lynx is a non Graphical Browser. You can invoke it either from rvcc or rvcc2 as follows: Type what's in boldface.

rvcc>lynx

Now type the letter g

This will prompt you with a message: URL to Open

Now type:

http://cnn.com

After you see the page type P

Now you get two options.

m enables you to mail the document

s enables you to save the document on your UNIX server. Save it as lab6.html

After the file has been saved/e-mailed, quit lynx by typing q

Now send the file to your instructor.
