Student Hospitalization Insurance


NJ law requires all full-time students to have basic hospitalization insurance coverage. Students registered for 12 or more credits in the Fall or Spring semesters will be assessed an additional $22.50 health insurance fee in that semester unless a completed and signed insurance waiver form is provided to the Finance Department for each semester in which they attend on a full time basis. Proof of insurance must be submitted along with the insurance waiver form.

Insurance waiver cards must be submitted to the Finance Department no later than the 10th day of the semester to have this fee removed from their student bill.
