The Lion’s Pride Award is intended to promote and sustain a long-term program that recognizes those employees who exhibit role model qualities, including the following:

Eligibility: All Raritan Valley Community College employees

Criteria: (Nominee should demonstrate one or more of these qualities)
1. Initiative and Leadership
2. Collaborative and Cooperative Spirit
3. Professionalism and Integrity

Approval Process: All nominations will be reviewed by the awards committee between the months of August – May. Award will be presented a minimum of twice a year.

Communication Plan: Post on Lion’s Den and Rewards & Recognition Website

Reward:
- One month parking in front of the College.
- Balloons from the bookstore
- Framed Certificate and Nomination Form
- Celebration
- ‘All things Raritan’ gift basket/bag
