CISY 102 Computer Literacy

Final Project Part A (10 Points)

Create a one-page flyer, fictitious or real, that advertises a service you provide, such as tutoring, baby sitting, house sitting, dog walking, car washing, tax accounting, wedding photography, etc.  You need your name somewhere on the flyer, but the phone # can be fictitious.

Your flyer must:

  • use a font other than Callibri, a font size greater than 14, and a font color other than black. 
  • At least the title must be centered. 
  • You need at least 1 picture that is relevant to the service advertised. 
  • You need to add a page border. 
  • You need to set Author in Document Properties

The flyer must be created using Word 2007 and the file name should be "Name Flyer.docx" where Name is your first name, last name or nick name

Grading Rubric

  • File must be in Word 2007 Format
  • File Name "Name Flyer.docx" (1 point)
  • Title Centered (1 point)
  • Font(s) (Type and size) (2 point)
  • Font Color (1 point)
  • Relevant Picture (1 point)
  • Page Border (1 point)
  • Only 1 page (1 point)
  • Your name in flyer (1 point)
  • Document Properties - Author set (1 point)
