1.)    Additional recognition for Honors program graduates at commencement

2.)    Amendments to Student Code of Conduct; suggestions are:

a.       The addition of Zero tolerance language

b.      Detailed procedure for student conduct hearings

c.       The Role of an Ombudsperson

1.)    faculty self-evaluation

2.)    faculty travel policy

3.)    program to keep retirees connected to the campus (in concert with HR Department)

Community Life Committee

1.)    Alternative parking plan for student and staff spaces to be lost with construction of new academic building

2.)    Recommend new areas for informal social space for students with loss of cyber cafe

Educational Policy Committee

1.)    revisit the policy prohibiting high school students taking remedial coursework (Recommend a plan for high school students to take remedial courses during  summer sessions)

Safety Committee

1.)    update procedures for evacuations and fire drills

2.)    update evacuation instructions and maps in classrooms, offices and hallways

3.)    establish volunteer system for staff fire marshals
