FRANKLIN CENTER
The
Franklin Center, a satellite campus for Raritan Valley Community College,
is located off of the corridor of Easton Avenue at the intersection of
Franklin Blvd. and Hamilton Street in Franklin Township, New Jersey.
| As
a result of discussions and collaboration with community leaders in
the Franklin area, we identified the need for RVCC's academic offering
to be available in this community. Our main purpose is "to bring
the college to the Franklin community" by offering credit and non-credit
courses at this location increasing access of higher education to thousands
of residents in this community. We have just renovated the second floor of this 32,000 sq.ft. complex, which houses RVCC. We provide free and convenient parking to our students, faculty, staff and visitors. Plans are currently underway to further assist the community through emerging technology programs and skills development training for more immediate job placement. Strategically positioned at the hub of Franklin's new Cyber district and Gateway Region, this multi–use facility will help transform the community. |

We provide Placement testing, offered Tuesdays at 2:00pm, and we have a computer lab available for student use during designated hours. In addition, students at Franklin have access to all services and programs offered at the main campus, including academic advising by appointment.
