Raritan Valley Community College will host the first Men’s Basketball Lion Fall Classic, November 18-19. Teams from Community College of Rhode Island, Howard Community College (Maryland) and Rockland Community College (New York) will each play two games at RVCC’s Branchburg campus.

“We are excited to host the first Men’s Basketball Lion Fall Classic featuring teams from out of state. The tournament is a great test for us to see how we compete with teams outside of our Region,” said Amanda DeMartino, RVCC Director of Athletics.

The Fall Classic begins November 18, at 5 p.m., when Rockland CC faces Howard CC. Following the conclusion of that game, RVCC will take on Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI). On November 19, the action begins at 1 p.m. when CCRI squares off against Rockland CC. RVCC will face Howard CC at 3 p.m.

There is no admission charge for any of the games. For additional information, contact Evan Shomo at evan.shomo@raritanval.edu or 908-218-8868.
