RVCC OFFERING COURSES LEADING TO ADVANCED DEGREES

Starting later this month, residents of Somerset and Hunterdon counties have the opportunity to take courses leading to baccalaureate and graduate-level certificates and degrees in their own backyard. Through partnerships with leading New Jersey universities, Raritan Valley Community College's (RVCC) University Center is offering courses such as Grants Writing, Epidemiology Health Care, Business Organization, Introduction to Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Infant & Child Development. The classes will be held at RVCC's North Branch Campus.

The Spring Semester begins Monday, January 27. Classes are held mornings, afternoons and evenings.

The University Center at RVCC is an alternate means for Somerset and Hunterdon County residents and professionals to complete advanced training without having to travel outside the region. Through partnerships with an expanding number of accredited colleges and universities, the Center provides courses at the North Branch campus leading to baccalaureate and graduate-level certificates and degrees. Current partners include: Fairleigh Dickinson University, Kean University, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Rutgers University, Seton Hall University and Stevens Institute of Technology.

Current offerings include courses leading to degrees in the following areas: Undergraduate Graduate * B.S. General Studies * B.S. Business Management * B.S. Criminal Justice * B.S. Education * B.S. Human Services * B.S. Information Technology * B.S. Nursing * M.S. Business Administration * M.S. Computer Science * M.A./MAT Education/Teaching * M.S. Management * M.P.A. Public Policy
