How to Obtain an Enrollment Verification

Please be advised that verifications are not available until approximately one week after the beginning of a semester.

• Log into your Lion's Den Account
• Click on the Student Services tab
• Under Records & Registration tools, click on Enrollment Verification
• Go to the National Student Clearinghouse Website
• Fill in ALL Required Fields including name, social security number, and date of birth, then press Login
• Select Obtain an Enrollment Certificate, and choose one of the following options:
  *Current Enrollment – for the semester you are taking classes in now
  *All Enrollment – every semester that you attended RVCC
• Print out the Official Enrollment Verification

PLEASE REFER LOAN PROVIDERS, MEDICAL INSURERS OR OTHER PARTIES NEEDING TO VERIFY ENROLLMENT OR GRADUATION TO THE NATIONAL STUDENT CLEARINGHOUSE AT:
