INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS
RVCC is a member of region XIX of the National Junior CollegeAthletic Association (NJCAA), the governing body overseeing intercollegiate competition between community colleges, and the Garden State Athletic Conference (GSAC), for those community colleges within New Jersey. RVCC competes regularly against neighboring community colleges, including Sussex, Middlesex, Ocean and Burlington counties.
RVCC has delclared NJCAA Division II in men's Basketball, women's basketball, softball, and baseball. With the move to DII RVCC can offer athletic scholarships to students participating in that sport. Along with the scholarship benefit, students will also be given additional support through the counseling and tutoring departments.
