Educational Philosophy
“Dance taps into human emotion and reflects how we see the world, letting us feel and making us think. My classes foster self-discovery, risk-taking and an awareness to detail and technique. I cannot tell students how to create; I can only encourage them to construct a unique perception of themselves and the world around them. This is fundamental in developing students who are inspired and worthwhile human beings with the ability and desire to produce work that is clear, crafted and performable.”
