Focus on Faculty

Margaret K. Czerw: RVCC Assistant Professor, Chemistry, since Fall 2003

Educational Philosophy
“One of the greatest challenges has been to make chemistry interesting and to motivate my students. I try not just to pass on information and skills, but also enthusiasm for chemistry. Students enter the classroom with different experiences, backgrounds, learning capabilities and interests. I view each student as an individual and honor different learning styles and abilities.”
