Paul J. Hirsch, Chairman

Member of the RVCC Board of Trustees since 1986 and serving as chairman since November 2008. Hirsch was instrumental in the establishment of the College’s Institute for Holocaust & Genocide Studies. Hirsch, a resident of Bridgewater, is an M.D. practicing at BioSport Orthopedics in Bridgewater.

Catherine McVicker, Vice Chair (Hunterdon)

Member of the RVCC Board of Trustees since 1986. McVicker, a resident of Califon, is retired. She previously served as executive director of the Hunterdon Economic Partnership.

Raymond H. Bateman

Former chairman of the RVCC Board of Trustees for 25 years and member since 1979. Bateman, a resident of North Branch and former State Senator, is president of Public Affairs Consultants in Somerville.

Joetta Clark Diggs

A member of the RVCC Board of Trustees since 2001. A resident of Hillsborough, Diggs is a four-time Olympic runner and was elected Women’s Olympic Team Captain in 2000. As president of Joetta Sports and Beyond, Diggs delivers high-energy motivational seminars across the country.

A member of the RVCC Board of Trustees since 2008. Doyle, a resident of Bridgewater, is the Somerset Executive County Superintendent of Schools.

Evelyn S. Field

A charter member of the RVCC Board of Trustees since 1966. Field, a resident of Bridgewater and a retired librarian, helped guide the establishment of the College’s Paul Robeson Institute for Ethics, Leadership and Social Justice.

John Graf, Jr.

Appointed to the RVCC Board of Trustees in August 2009. Graf is a resident of Bedminster and former chief executive officer/president of the Somerset County United Way. He is currently a non-denominational minister.

John L. McGuire, Secretary

A member of the RVCC Board of Trustees since 1986. Currently serving as secretary to the Board, he was chairman of the Board for two years. McGuire, a resident of Stanton, is retired. He previously served as president of Ferring Research Institute.

A member of the RVCC Board of Trustees since 2009. A resident of Hillsborough, Schoberl serves as Chairman, President and CEO of Community First Bank.

A member of the RVCC Board of Trustees since 2005. Sterritt, a resident of Neshanic Station, is an orthodontist at Raritan Valley Orthodontics with offices in Belle Mead, Raritan and Brunswick Valley.

A member of the RVCC Board of Trustees since 2009. Vernotica is the Hunterdon Executive County Superintendent of Schools. He is a resident of Long Valley.

A member of the RVCC Board of Trustees since 2009. A resident of Peapack, Whitman is Director of Development for the Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey.

A member of the RVCC Board of Trustees since 2004. A resident of Clinton Township, Wise is president and chief executive officer of Hunterdon Healthcare System.

Lindsay Troyer

Alumni Representative to the RVCC Board of Trustees for 2009-2010. A resident of Hampton (Hunterdon County), Troyer graduated from RVCC in May 2009. She is continuing her education this fall at Rutgers University.
