Two Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC) athletes have received national honors for their skills on the baseball field.

RVCC Baseball Team members Mike Miklosey (Left Field) and Albert DeSanto (Right Field) are among the 2008 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division I Rawlings Gold Glove Award? winners.

Miklosey, a resident of Frenchtown, is a 2006 graduate of Delaware Valley Regional High School. DeSanto, a resident of Hillsborough, graduated from Hillsborough High School in 2007.

The Rawlings Gold Glove Award? is the benchmark of excellence and performance in the field for college and high school athletes, as well as major leaguer players. The Gold Glove Award? is given in partnership with the American Baseball Coaches Association.
