Your journey. Our support.

Each year, the RVCC Foundation awards scholarships to eligible Raritan Valley Community College students thanks to the generosity of donors who believe in the power of education.

Students complete one application through AwardSpring, RVCC’s online scholarship application system. AwardSpring helps match students with scholarship opportunities for which they may qualify.

Because scholarship criteria, availability, and award amounts vary, students are encouraged to apply during open scholarship windows even if they are not sure whether they will qualify.

Only students with an active RVCC account can access the application site. That includes students who have applied and are accepted for an upcoming semester.

Who Can Apply?

RVCC Foundation scholarships are available to eligible full-time students, including students enrolled in eligible Workforce programs.

Accepted incoming students may also be considered during open scholarship application windows.

Scholarships are not available to dual enrollment students, visiting students, or students who already hold a four-year degree.

Because eligibility varies by scholarship, the best way to be considered is to complete the AwardSpring application when an application window is open.

When to Apply

Scholarship application windows may open at different times throughout the year. Students should check this page, monitor RVCC email, and follow College communications for updates about open application periods.

When a scholarship window is open, apply as early as possible so your application can be reviewed in time for upcoming payment deadlines.

“Receiving this scholarship means so much more than just financial support. It represents a story of hard work, family, and resilience. It reminds me that behind every student’s success story is a community that believes in the power of education.”
