Delegation is one of the most important skills for effective leadership. When done well, it increases productivity, develops employee capabilities, and creates stronger, more engaged teams.

This program equips managers and emerging leaders with practical frameworks for delegating work while maintaining accountability and performance.

Participants will learn how to:

Participants will explore the roles of the delegator, delegate, and stakeholders while learning a step-by-step process for assigning work, monitoring progress, and achieving successful outcomes.
