This hands-on course introduces participants to Microsoft Power BI, one of the most widely used business intelligence and data visualization platforms.

Students learn how to transform raw data into meaningful reports and interactive dashboards that support business analysis and decision-making.

Topics include:

  • Importing data into Power BI Desktop
  • Cleaning and transforming data with Power Query
  • Building data models
  • Creating charts, graphs, and visualizations
  • Designing interactive dashboards
  • Writing basic DAX formulas
  • Creating calculated fields and measures
  • Publishing and sharing reports
  • Using the Power BI Q&A feature
  • Applying data storytelling techniques

As part of the course, participants complete a project that transforms Excel data into a professional Power BI report aligned with real workplace needs.
