RVCC STEM Summit

NOW ACCEPTING PROPOSALS!

We are now accepting proposals for the C2 Summit for Pedagogical Advancements in STEM. This exciting one-day event will be held at Raritan Valley Community College in Branchburg, NJ on Friday, September 26, 2025, from 9am - 2pm. It will celebrate best practices in teaching STEM at the community college. We welcome faculty that represent a wide range of STEM disciplines from throughout the tri-state region. If you have a unique plan for course design, an innovative approach to incorporating diversity, equity and inclusion into your course, or an exciting solution to a common course problem, consider submitting a proposal for this summit.  Proposals are due by June 15th, 2025, and presenters will be notified if their proposal is accepted for presentation by July 15, 2025.  

We are offering two different concurrent session formats:  25 minutes or 50 minutes.  There is a three-presenter maximum for each submission.  We are also offering 5 minute snapshot sessions.  Snapshots will be 5 minutes, 15 auto-advancing slides, 20 seconds per slide.  Please check out this video for more information. Presenters will not need to register or pay for the summit.
