RVCC Professor a Co-Lead on Project to Develop Open Science Resources

Dr. Melanie Lenahan, Professor of Biology, is joining with Karen Cangialosi (RIOS Institute), Sam Donovan (BioQUEST Curriculum Consortium), Carlos Goller (North Carolina State University), and Carrie Diaz (Bates College) as a co-lead on a new project, “Developing Resources for an Undergraduate Open Science-Open Pedagogy Program.”

The RVCC Board of Trustees has approved a new strategic plan, “2025-2030 Strategic Plan: Leading Change, Inspiring Possibility,” focusing on six themes: Student Success & Academic Excellence; Workforce & Economic Development; Access & Affordability; Community Engagement & Partnership; Infrastructure, Technology & Environmental Stewardship; and Institutional Culture.
