About Your Instructor

Musa Husseini began his IT career as a systems administrator, network engineer and digital operations manager in the New York metro area.  He later transitioned into an SAP BASIS consultant role where he provided SAP landscape support to large size companies and government organizations.  Most recently, he held a Technical Account Manager role at Amazon Web Services (AWS) where he provided cloud support to companies in the financial and risk analysis sectors.  In this current role, he works as a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) where he spends most of his time researching and analyzing patent applications to determine whether a patent can be granted based on US statutes and regulations.

Musa has also been a part-time / freelance instructor for over 15 years, providing technical training and class instructions for beginner and advanced students in the areas of Networking and Cybersecurity.  He holds a M.S. in IT Administration and Security from The New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT).  He also holds a BSc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and an associate degree (AS) from Roger Williams University.
