Early College Credit

Students must be a high school sophomore, junior, or senior with a minimum GPA of 3.0.

• Meet with an Admissions Coach or attend an Early College Information Session to learn more about available pathways.
• Request your high school transcript showing a 3.0+ GPA.
• Gather your immunization records.
• Explore RVCC courses that align with your academic interests and goals.

1. Start with the Online Application

Getting started is easy, just complete the online application!
Processing usually takes 2–3 business days, so keep an eye on your email for updates from RVCC. We’ll send everything you need right to your inbox.

2. Connect with Your Early College Admissions Coach

Next, you’ll meet with our friendly Early College Admissions Coach.
Together, you’ll:

• Review course options
• Pick the best classes for your goals
• Complete the Early College Registration Form
• Submit your immunization records

A quick note: parent/guardian approval is required before submitting the form.

3. Meet with an Academic Advisor

To finalize your enrollment, you’ll attend a mandatory 1‑on‑1 advising session.
This is your chance to:

• Make sure your schedule is all set
• Learn what to expect as a college student
• Explore the resources and support available to you

Parents/guardians are highly encouraged to join. It’s helpful for everyone!
