The Board of School Estimate has passed Raritan Valley Community College’s $54 million operating budget for FY 2022.

The budget includes no increase in tuition for Somerset and Hunterdon County students for the Fall 2021 Semester. Tuition will remain at $168 per credit for in-county students.

“We are grateful to the Boards of County Commissioners from Somerset and Hunterdon County for their ongoing support of Raritan Valley Community College and the value it brings to our students and the community. Their continued investment in RVCC enables us to keep the cost of a college education within reach for our students, many of whom have experienced serious financial and personal hardships during the pandemic,” said RVCC President Michael J. McDonough.

The operating budget reflects less than 1 percent increase over the final FY 2021 budget.
