From the sounds of Celtic music and unforgettable artists; to a behind-the-scenes glimpse of an iconic TV show; to the magnificence of classical ballet and circus arts; to theatrical stagings of children’s stories and the artistry of “magical” bubbles—the upcoming season at The Theatre at Raritan Valley Community College (RVCCArts) will offer performances for all ages and interests.
“We are excited to share another season of professional performing arts—right here in our community,” said Jill Telman, Director of Theatre and Conference Services, Raritan Valley Community College. “The 2026-2027 lineup brings together returning favorites, exciting new performances, great music, family entertainment, and holiday traditions, giving audiences plenty of reasons to make a visit to RVCCArts part of their year. We look forward to welcoming longtime patrons and new faces to the Theatre.”
RVCCArts’ 2026-2027 season will feature both a Mainstage and School-Time series. The following Mainstage shows will be presented:
Fantasy – The Earth, Wind & Fire Experience, Saturday, October 3, 7 p.m.; $50, $45, $40
Experience the memorable sounds of Earth, Wind & Fire in a high-energy, multimedia concert featuring powerhouse vocals, dazzling choreography, and 11 exceptional musicians. The group performs timeless hits that will have audiences dancing.
BubbleMania – Comedy with a Drip!, Sunday, November 8, 4 p.m.; $25, $20, $15
Prepare to be amazed by a one-of-a-kind blend of comedy, artistry, and astonishing bubble magic. This family-friendly performance delights audiences of all ages, offering everything from delicate creations to giant bubbles.
Nutcracker! Magical Christmas Ballet, Friday, December 4, 4 p.m. & 8 p.m.; $70, $65, $60
Celebrate the season with a breathtaking holiday tradition featuring world-class dancers, spectacular acrobatics, magnificent costumes, and towering puppets—all set to Tchaikovsky’s beloved score.
Tartan Terrors – Celtic Christmas Spectacular, Friday, December 18, 8 p.m.; $45, $40, $35
Celebrate the holidays with an electrifying blend of Celtic and Christmas music, spirited step dancing, humor, and high-energy performances that will have audiences clapping, laughing, and singing along.
A Night with The Cast of The Sopranos, Saturday, February 6, 2027, 7 p.m.; $60, $55, $50
Go behind the scenes of one of television’s greatest series with cast members sharing incredible stories and iconic clips. The show also will include an audience question-and-answer session and a surprise mystery guest from The Sopranos.

Experience the timeless music of Steely Dan performed with exceptional precision, world-class musicianship, and infectious energy in a concert celebrating one of rock’s most sophisticated and beloved catalogs.
Tilt! An ’80s Circus Thrill Ride, Sunday, April 11, 2027, 4 p.m.; $40, $35, $30
Take a thrilling ride back to the 1980s with spectacular circus arts, breathtaking acrobatics, inventive mechanical creations, and nostalgic amusement park fun for audiences of all ages.
Bill Blagg Family Magic, Saturday, April 17, 2027, 4 p.m.; $25, $20, $15
Prepare to be amazed by a spellbinding performance filled with jaw-dropping illusions, comedy, audience participation, and unforgettable surprises that will delight and entertain the entire family.
RVCCArts’ upcoming season also will provide educational field trip opportunities for school groups and homeschoolers with the School-Time series. Tickets for School-Time shows cost $8 per person; one free chaperone ticket is provided for every 15 tickets bought.

Science comes to life through spectacular experiments, explosive demonstrations, and comedy as Doktor Kaboom! explores scientific concepts and the discoveries that make learning exciting.
The Gruffalo, Tuesday, February 16, 2027, 10 a.m. (Grades Pre-K-3; 60 minutes)
Journey into the deep, dark wood with Mouse as clever storytelling, lively songs, and playful humor bring a beloved picture book to life. This enchanting production encourages imagination, creativity, and a love of storytelling for young audiences.
The Snowy Day and Other Stories, Monday, March 22, 2027, 10 a.m. (Grades Pre-K-3; 55 minutes)
Celebrate the wonder of childhood with a charming musical adventure featuring imaginative storytelling, shadow puppetry, and beloved characters exploring friendship, play, and the magic found in everyday moments.
Tilt! An ’80s Circus Thrill Ride, Monday, April 12, 2027, 10 a.m. (Grades 3-8; 55 minutes)
Take a thrilling journey back in time with spectacular circus arts, breathtaking acrobatics, inventive mechanical creations, and a high-energy performance inspired by the excitement of classic amusement parks.
