Cleanroom cleaning and contamination control are critical to ensuring product quality and patient safety in pharmaceutical and biomanufacturing facilities. This program introduces learners to the principles, procedures, and regulatory expectations that govern aseptic cleaning while providing hands-on experience in simulated industry environments.

Training takes place in both the RVCC biotechnology laboratory and cleanroom environment, allowing participants to apply classroom concepts in realistic industry settings. Hands-on activities reinforce proper cleaning techniques, contamination control practices, documentation, and workplace safety procedures.
The Pharmaceutical Aseptic Cleaning program is delivered over two weeks and consists of 30 hours of in-person instruction with a strong emphasis on hands-on learning. Designed for entry-level learners, career changers, and incumbent workers, the program prepares participants for entry-level opportunities in pharmaceutical and biomanufacturing environments.
