The Emergency Medical Dispatcher Program prepares individuals for careers in emergency communications and public safety dispatch operations. Participants learn how emergency communication systems function and gain the knowledge and skills needed to handle emergency calls and coordinate emergency response services.
Formerly known as First Responder, the Emergency Medical Responder program teaches participants how to provide immediate care during medical emergencies until advanced medical assistance arrives.
