As an RVCC student you’ll be able to take advantage of special discounts offered by businesses in the area and the College. The discount offers include movie theaters, restaurants, banks, gyms, insurance companies, salons, spas, coffee houses and more.
On Campus Discount for RVCC Students
- The Theatre at RVCC offers highly acclaimed professional performances including dance, music, theatre, comedy and more. Students receive a 50% discount on tickets. The limit is 4 tickets per performance.
- The Planetarium: Offers star shows and laser concerts, along with an observatory. Students receive a $1 discount on tickets. Limit is 4 tickets per show.
- Childcare Center: The College’s on-campus childcare center serves the young children of students, faculty and staff. The center provides a stimulating and developmentally appropriate environment for children 3 months to 5 years. Flexible scheduling is available. Special discounted rates are offered to students.
- Optical Clinic: As a leader in ophthalmic science education, RVCC has an optical clinic where students master their craft under the watchful eye of skilled opticians. RVCC students can purchase eye glasses and contact lenses at the clinic at deeply discounted rates.
- Student Performances: Students are encouraged to support their colleagues by attending student theatrical, dance and music performances. Special discount rates are offered for students for all these performances.
