Reimagined Fairy Tales to be Performed at Theatre

The Theatre at Raritan Valley Community College will present a performance of Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia’s Billy Goats Gruff and Other Tales, Saturday, March 21, at 2 p.m. The production is part of the Theatre’s Family Matinee Series, which offers performances for children and young teens and their families.

RVCC to Hold 10th Annual Giving Day, with an Increase in Match Challenge

Raritan Valley Community College will celebrate its 10th Annual “Giving Day” on March 26 with a wide range of giving opportunities for potential supporters—and some extra incentives. This year, if $200,000 is raised during the annual event organized by the RVCC Foundation, Giving Day will have raised $1 million in donations since its inception at the College.

Honors College to Hold Information Sessions in March, April

Local high school students will have the opportunity to learn more about Raritan Valley Community College’s Honors College at two upcoming Honors College Information Sessions, March 18 and April 15, both at 6 p.m. The programs will be held in the Event Center at the College’s Branchburg campus.

RVCC Students, Alumni Volunteer as Tour Guides for Exhibition

Raritan Valley Community College students Justine Markos-Saad, Ella Partanna, Jaimy Solis, Nabeeha Khan, Amelia Reitman, Chris Fox, and Shanya Saunders, along with RVCC alumni Lev Baab and Ashley Reyes, are volunteering their time and talents as trained tour guides for the traveling exhibition, Anne Frank: A History for Today.

Theatre to Present “Sail Away,” a Discovery Play for Toddlers

Parents and caregivers will have the opportunity to introduce their toddlers to the magic of live performance when the Theatre at Raritan Valley Community College presents Treehouse Shakers’ Sail Away in March. Performances are scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, at 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., and Wednesday, March 11, at 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

RVCC to Present Annual Music Faculty Recital on March 1

Raritan Valley Community College's Arts & Design department will present its annual Music Faculty Recital, Sunday, March 1, at 2:30 p.m. The concert, which is open the public, will be held in the Welpe Theatre at the College’s Branchburg campus.

First Part of 2026’s Student Art Exhibition Planned

Raritan Valley Community College’s Arts & Design department will present the annual RVCC Student Art Exhibition in two installments again this year. Part I of the exhibition will be on display from March 4-27, in the Art Gallery at the College’s Branchburg campus. Part II of the exhibition will run from April 8-May 6.

Faculty Member Pens Book on Strategic Planning

A book by Fernando H. Ferrer, an Adjunct Professor in Raritan Valley Community College’s Business and Public Service Department, has been published by Archway Publishing. Titled Strategy and Planning Fundamentals: Empowering You, the 348-page book presents a human-centered and practical approach to strategic planning, blending organizational systems with psychological insight to help leaders, professionals, and students transform complexity into purposeful action.
