Annual Fall Concert to be Performed by RVCC Chorale

The RVCC Chorale will perform its annual fall concert on December 14, at 2 p.m. The event, which is open to the community, will be held in the Welpe Theatre at Raritan Valley Community College’s Branchburg campus.

The program will feature choral works by Benjamin Britten, Laura Nevitt, and John Tavener, as well as selections from famed Broadway musicals Hair and The Lion King. The program also will include solo performances by the winners of this semester’s chorale competition.

Conducted by Dr. Will Berman, the RVCC Chorale is composed of a diverse body of students, alumni, and community members. Abraham Alinea is the Chorale’s pianist.

General admission tickets cost $15 each, $10 for seniors; students will be admitted free of charge. For tickets, call the Box Office, 908-725-3420. The Box Office is open Monday through Friday, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. For additional information, contact the Arts & Design office at 908-218-8876
