Faculty Member Pens Book on Strategic Planning
A book by Fernando H. Ferrer, an Adjunct Professor in Raritan Valley Community College’s Business and Public Service Department, has been published by Archway Publishing. Titled Strategy and Planning Fundamentals: Empowering You, the 348-page book presents a human-centered and practical approach to strategic planning, blending organizational systems with psychological insight to help leaders, professionals, and students transform complexity into purposeful action.
In conjunction with the publication’s release, Professor Ferrer is offering presentations to a wide range of institutions—including companies, professional associations, government entities, and academic organizations—focused on the transformative process of strategic planning and the concepts developed in his book.
An adjunct faculty member at RVCC since 2012, Professor Ferrer has presented executive masterclasses and has spoken at conferences on strategic planning in the United States, Greece, Italy, Argentina, and Brazil, extending his impact across academic, corporate, and professional audiences worldwide.
