In keeping with its commitment to providing students with challenging new opportunities to continue their higher education at colleges in the US and abroad, Raritan Valley Community College has signed a new agreement enabling graduates to seamlessly transfer to the Rennes School of Business (RSB) in France.

The agreement enables students who have received an Associate Degree in Business from RVCC to seamlessly transfer to RSB with senior standing and pursue its International Bachelor Program in Management, as long as they have fulfilled certain requirements. This includes graduating with the requisite grade point average. All of the courses at RSB are taught in English.

“The new agreement with the Rennes School of Business marks RVCC’s fifth international transfer agreement. It offers a wonderful opportunity for RVCC students to benefit from studying abroad, enabling them to complete their Bachelor’s Degree in only one year. As part of the Rennes program, students also will gain valuable experience by participating in an internship that can be completed in any country in the world,” said RVCC President Michael J. McDonough.

“We are delighted to welcome the Raritan Valley Community College students on our multicultural campus in France. They will benefit from the faculty’s cultural diversity – 91 percent of the full-time faculty are non-French from 40 different nationalities – and the academic excellence of the Bachelor program, as demonstrated by the triple EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA accreditation that Rennes School of Business shares with less than 1 percent of Business Schools worldwide. Studying abroad is an unforgettable experience and adds value to one’s degree. Studying at Rennes School of Business is also an opportunity to build a new network of contacts from all over the world, which is a major asset in an increasingly connected world,” said Thomas Froehlicher, Dean of Rennes School of Business, France.

Rennes School of Business is fully accredited by The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), which represents the highest standard of achievement for business schools worldwide.

The agreement with the Rennes School of Business marks the College’s 90th articulation agreement. RVCC also has international agreements with such European universities as the University of the West of England, the University of Lincoln in Lincolnshire, University of Greenwich in London, and The American University of Paris.
