Learn more about Raritan Valley Community College’s new Adult Fast Track program at an Information Session. The event will be held in the Events/Conference Center at RVCC’s Branchburg campus.

RVCC’s new Adult Fast Track program offers adults ages 24 and older the opportunity to earn an associate degree in two years by taking classes in the evening and online. After completing the program, students will be able to seamlessly transfer to Ramapo College to pursue a bachelor’s degree.

The Adult Fast Track program offers intensive seven-week classes, so students can accelerate their progress toward earning a degree. Classes are offered year-round, with breaks for holidays and a summer vacation in August.

The program is specially designed to serve the needs of adults who are juggling work and family responsibilities. Students will receive personalized attention and academic support to help them succeed. A dedicated advisor—who understands the special needs of adult students—will help students make a successful transition back to school and will provide advising and support throughout their time at RVCC. Tutoring is available online or in person.

Students in the Adult Fast Track will be part of a learning community of like-minded adults who help, encourage and support each other through the program. The curriculum is tailored to meet the needs of adult learners who bring to the classroom real-world learning and experience.

RVCC’s Adult Fast Track program offers two degree options: an Associate of Arts in Communication Studies or an Associate of Arts in Social Science. The associate degrees will smoothly transfer into Ramapo College’s Bachelor of Arts, Contemporary Arts/Professional Communication Accelerated Major or Social Science Accelerated Major. Students will be able to take Ramapo classes at RVCC’s campus and complete their bachelor’s degree in two years by taking evening and online classes.
