Spring Break Programs Slated for Children at RVCC

Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC) will offer daytime classes for school-age children during Spring Break weeks, April 10-13 and April 17-21. Classes will be offered in the areas of visual and performing arts, science, computers and enrichment. The following classes for youngsters ages 6-16 will be offered at the College’s Branchburg Campus:

Visual and Performing Arts Classes: Multi-Media Painting; Fun Making Sculpture; Cartooning; Wearable Art; Shiny Bumpy and Rough; Food for Thought; Creative Art; and Film and TV.

Science Classes: Chemical Magic Plus; Battle-Bot Build a Thon; STEM Challenges; Lego Architect & Engineering; Introduction to Mindstorm EV3 Robotics for Girls; Life Sciences Studies with Lego; Exploring the Everglades Ecosystem with Lego; and Cool Chemistry.

Computer Classes: App Attack! Make Your First Game App; Make Your First 3D Video Game; Code Breakers; and Video Game Animation.

Enrichment Classes: Expository Essay Writing; Fashion Sewing Workshop; Learn to Sew Boot Camp; and Jewelry Design.
